Who operates the service
Jonathan Gustafson operates Alpha Trader at alpha-trader.online, including its DevPlane account-access program. Account and policy requests are handled directly by the operator through existing private contact channels.
Accounts and permission to use services
Registration is a request for access. Email verification does not approve your account. The owner must approve registration and grant access to each service. Dev Plane is restricted to the owner at launch. A service shown as unavailable is not included in your access.
Provide accurate details, keep your password, authenticator setup key and verification codes private. Do not share accounts or attempt to use another person's permissions. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Account security
Sign-in requires your password and a code from your authenticator app. Keep your authenticator setup key private. The portal does not send SMS login codes or require a mobile number for registration.
If you lose access to your authenticator, contact the operator through an existing private contact channel. Account recovery requires identity checks and does not automatically waive the second factor.
Acceptable use
Use only the services and resources granted to you. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other users, send abusive or unlawful material, distribute malware or attempt to obtain credentials. Submit only content you have the right to use.
You retain your rights to content you provide. You permit the operator and necessary service providers to process it to perform your requested actions. Additional services may have separate terms and privacy notices before access is offered.
Availability and account closure
This is a small, developing service. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance, outages or security work. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome from a development or AI tool. Review outputs before relying on them.
The operator may suspend access to investigate misuse, protect accounts or retire a service. You may stop using the service and request account closure through an existing private contact channel. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion requests. These terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Changes to these terms
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated through the portal or account email before they take effect.
